Wonderful views and comfortable rooms. Convenient location in the mountains with easy access to nearby Merano. the spa facilities were relaxing and enjoyable.

The limited menu options at dinner were disappointing, and breakfast was simply average. the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and were not as attentive as we would have liked.

The location of this hotel was perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway. We were able to easily explore nearby towns and nature trails while enjoying stunning scenery. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the option of using the spa facilities and were able to unwind completely.

While the dinner selection and breakfast buffet were good, we would have preferred more variety in the options available. the rooms were comfortable but did not have any standout features.
